Audio virus, please help!

Thank you for your reply. At the beginning there was an ad sound, but I don't remember what it was about because shortly after there was only that music sound, like something for children, but it didn't say anything, there was only that music. I had many tabs open in Chrome and after you replied, I closed every one of them. It appears that that was the solution, because the music stopped. I restarted the computer and opened once again some of the tabs that may have caused the music, and everything was allright, there is no more music in background. It seems that the solution was easier than I thought. Thank you very much
Before I received your reply I downloaded Spybot S&D and these were some cookies I found during my scan and fixed, in case that may have helped although it didn't stop the ad before I did what I wrote above:
