Hey, I'm building a computer specifically for streaming games, as well as playing games with low upload speed. I want to have a decent stream quality, while being able to run the game without delays/bad fps. Hoping to keep this computer for quite a while too, so I went pretty expensive for this one.
I'm running on an upload of around 0.6 mbps (Australian upload is terrible.)

Criticise how I can make the build cheaper, or possibly better for a decent price, or if there are any major flaws in the build.

Hi. Couple things.
This is really good PSU for one video card. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-capstone550
Really good efficiency and long warranty. Really good reliability.

CPU cooler. For that case maybe corsair H100 or air cooler like this:
Bit expansive now but really good cooler. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhu12s
Other good option maybe this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-cpu-cooler-phtc12dxbk

For motherboard i think gigabyte X-D3H is better. But if you need wifi and bluetooth then maybe Asus PRO:

But look gigabyte mobo : http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4518#ov

750 is a lot for a single GPU system, *but* if you want to add a second card in the future (your motherboard supports a pair of cards), you may as well buy a higher wattage PSU now, rather than having to upgrade when you want to add another video card.

With the exception of Crysis 3, you won't see any appreciable benefit form the 3770k over the 3570k.

What do you require out of your case? I'm willing to bet there are cheaper cases that can meet your criteria.

Asrock, especially the extreme series, are some of the best bang for the buck motherboards out there.
