Yeah I know its not that popular, more in German speaking countries.
Haven't found a review of this by big English sites but 2 on German ones and in one they pulled out 800w before it shut down and it stayed in the specs.

are you sure? what i have read is that a "tahiti le" hd7870 is faster than a 660ti since its a cut down hd7950 with higher clock speeds so why spend another 10 €? oc'ed it can be even faster than the hd7950, its only disadvantage is the high power consume.
