GTX 560 high temperature under load, normal on idle, constant 1380-1410 RPM fan speed

Tried rivatuner, msi afterburner, nothing works, fan speed just doesn't change.
Had 320.49 drivers, downgraded to 314.22, same thing again.
Is there any known solution not involving buying a new cooler? Or maybe i'm missing something.

temps on:
-load - 100º
-idle - 35º

You should check with the manufacturer if this is a known issue on their products.

If you can't control the fan even manually, the only possible causes that I can think of is a bugged or otherwise corrupted BIOS. Updating or resetting your graphics card's BIOS can be a bit tricky unless the manufacturer has an automated application for it, but this is the only solution that I can think of. Be warned that a failed installation of the BIOS can potentially brick your card so I would contact the manufacturer in any case before trying something like this, unless you are fully aware of what you are doing.

Just something to think of if your card is no longer covered by warranty.

Occurred about a week ago, I also recently(about a month ago) changed thermal gel and cleaned up gpu's fan, and since then everything was ok. Card is 2 years old.

Thanks for the answer. It was actually burned wires, slipped below processor when I was closing the card. A re-isolating wires helped.
