Would a Sock speed FX 8120 be able to run a non OC GTX 680 without or little bottleneck?

Solution
The 8120 is a little on the slow side when it comes to single threaded performance. Its not really a bottleneck, but you will not get optimal performance out of the GTX680.
Anyway. Where are you getting the GTX680?
Its overpriced and the GTX770(faster than GTX680 and cheaper) or even GTX760 is a better option from a value perspective.

i got the GTX 680 from newegg for 419$ its better then the GTX760 and i didn't want to get the GTX 770 because the Minimum power requirement is 600 watts for that card.

The GTX770 actually uses less power than the GTX680. So you already have the card?

Well since you do, put it in anyway. Should be perfectly fine.

I already brought it but the card is not here yet, Is it worth sending the card back and getting a 770 instead?

But will it be a difference? You told me I'm going to have optimal performance with the GTX 680. Will i get the same performance if i get the GTX 770?

Well look, the GTX770 is better AND cheaper, but either card is not gonna run at its best, but you can OC your CPU to make up for it..

Coming from a 560 TI to a GTX 680 thats a big leap but for me to go through all that trouble just to get a GTX 770 with a % like that... doesn't really look worth it.. its like 5% better then a GTX 680

Did you look at benchmarks before ordering? 770 is faster then a 680. Just refuse the package from the ups or FedEx guy

I cant refuse the package i would have to get a RMA and send it back, wait till i get a refund then buy a gtx 770. The 770 benchmarks are 5% to 10% better then the GTX 680 and even with my cpu i wont be able to use both cards at max performance.
