Graphics cards and power supplies

Im going to be adding a graphics card to my PC a AMD Radeon HD 7850 and Im not to sure my power supply can handle it my power supply is a CX430?
Specs:
CPU-Intel Core i5 2320
Memory-6gb 1333mgz
Motherboard: not sure its a H61 chipset though
HDD-7200rpm (not sure what brand)

that's depend on whole of your system..

actually 7850 only consume 150 watt in full load condition, so you have 280 watt more for all rest system...

so, what is your complete spesification?

okay, with addition 3 fans and 1 dvdrw drive, we get the result for full load wattage of your whole pc system like below..

so, we can assume cx430 is safe to go..

The CX430 is perfectly fine. You won't use over 250-300W even under 100% load. Its a good budget PSU. I have one as backup in case something ever happens.
