windows loads to black screen

Hi all, i hope you can help me.
When i start my laptop it asked to start Windows normLly or start repair.
When i choose to run windows it shows the windows loading screen then restarts.
If i choose repair it just loads to a black screen with a cursor.
Please help i need my laptop

Are you sure your media is working properly, it's not broken or something like that. Is it bootable for sure ? Did you see the message "Press any key to boot from DVD.....". If so than it is bootable, if not than it is not. Make sure to change the "boot order" in BIOS.(CD/DVD/USB).

Or, there is a problem with the HDD itself, or MB/ODD.

I have tried this aswell. it loads windows files and then goes black with a cursor again.

so even a reformat isnt a viable option :/
