New build advice and help

Solution
If it's strictly for gaming, you'll save a ton of cash by going for an i5 CPU and 8GB RAM.

There's no real performance gain by paying more, in these cases. If you've got money to

spend (waste) then go ahead however. Is water-cooling something you want to do because it's

"cool" or because you want to OC a lot? Since it does add quite a bit of cost when it's not really necessary.

That said, corsair with their H80 or H100i are quite good for some simple closed loop systems.

I'll take it that money is in fact not unlimited and justify my earlier points (the lower CPU and RAM) with that

you'll be able to spend the difference on a better GPU; such as a GTX 760 or 770 instead.

The blue lights are little strobes or light which you can buy in small packets. They can then be attached by a

wire to a point on the motherboard. You could save more money if you just went for air cooling and didn't

OC by the way. A 120GB SSD would also serve you well, while being the bare minimum you'd want for an SSD.
