I'm having strange problems with a computer I've recently built (with the help of a friend who's built before), and was wondering if anyone could offer me any insight on it. The build itself went fine, however we started having problems after setting it all up and completing driver installation/updates.
The problems first manifested as a BSOD every time I tried to use my network card - ie. when the computer booted it would immediately BSOD (though it's worth noting that we intially got it all up and running absolutely fine, it was only the next morning when I went to use it). I had little luck with diagnostic tools such as WhoCrashed, Verifier and Event Viewer, but we eventually worked out that the network card was seemingly causing problems. The network card was then tested in a fully functional build, where it worked swimmingly - as well as an identical network card being tested in my build, where it had the same problems - so it wasn't the network card itself.
We tried doing a clean install of windows which didn't fix anything, but the problems became less BSODs and evolved into the computer hanging and freezing (I can't remember if this was at the same time we reinstalled or whether it just happened by itself). Ctrl+alt+del would either cause it to BSOD or have no effect, requiring my poor baby to be mercilessly force reset again and again

Somehow, we found that disabling all of the audio devices meant that the computer wouldn't crash and could use the net, and disabling the network card meant things ran fine, sans net (ethernet worked the entire time with no issues, but this was onboard). Before this, we thought it could've been a conflict with the graphics card, as one would work without the other. We also tested the PCIe slot by swapping the two devices around. Have tried clearing the CMOS, which seemed to work - briefly - but plugging in speakers caused the system to crash. We thought we tracked the problem to being an IRQ conflict, as disabling one found conflict (Intel HD Audio) seemed to make the system work again, but that's as far as we've come in terms of solving things. Someone else has suggested that it could be a bad motherboard, and that sounds plausible, but is it possible that's it's also a compatibility issue that was overlooked, given how new the mobo is?
On a side note, I have a horrendous router (which I intend to replace quick-smart) which supplies average internet to my laptop, but the PC struggles to connect under any conditions, except straight after the router has been rebooted, and even then still dodgy. Any bonus points solutions for that?

Here's the minidumps if anyone wants to look over them, I've tested the HDD and SSD using Hard Disk Sentinel, and they came back fine (also have logs for that if anyone wants to look over them).
So this is basically the current status of things - we're both stumped as to how to proceed in solving this and would greatly appreciate any insight you may be able to offer. Thanks for putting up with the very wordy post, I wanted to provide as much information as I could.
UPDATE: Okay, so just working through things tonight, I connected to a different wireless network... no bsod, no crash, worked perfectly. All evidence seems to be pointing to the actual router causing the crashes, as they ONLY happen while connected to this network. I'll be getting a new router soon it seems But has anyone heard of something like this happening before?
