GTX 760 bottlenecked by FX-4350?

I am looking at a good gpu/cpu combo and I had picked out an FX-4350 4.2ghz Quad Core CPU and a GTX 760, but someone said the CPU would bottleneck the 760. Is this true?

Yes, compared to something like an i5 3570k/4670k, that CPU wouldn't perform nearly as well in games, if you can afford it, go with an Intel i5 CPU or you could get an 8350 to reduce that bottleneck. Or you could try overclocking that CPU a bit to reduce bottleck, but in the end getting a higher end CPU will help you get the most out of you GPU.
