I am trying to help out my neighbor. Has a quite new Dell Inspiron Notebook. Boots Up, Everythink Looks OK Up Point & Click on Anything on Screen &Nothing Happens. WIN 7 "Premium" Home Edition.
Used a Boot CD, ran a memory test just to see if CPU was running-It is.
Glide Pad or USB Mouse-Makes No Difference. Nothing Happens.
I also noticed that Task Manager will Not Come Up.
Anyone have Any Idea Why? OR How to Fix? I Smell a Virus of SomeKing though the Computer has McAffee for What That's worth. Thanks for Any Help!
