Are my temperatures okay?

I recently managed to overclock my i5 3570k to 4.4 Ghz. I used an offset voltage of +0.030. During a prime 95 small FFT's test, the voltage is 1.064 and the temps are 65-70, always staying under 70 C. When idle, the voltage is 0.840 and the temps are 38-43. My motherboard temperature is 41C. Are my temperatures okay? I feel that my idle temps are a little high.

I am using a corsair h60 in stock configuration.

P.S - Its really hot now where I am. My apartment has no air conditioner, and we are having the worst weather we've had in years.

Thanks, Any help is greatly appreciated as this is my first overclock.

Those temperatures look really good. If you don't mind the heat, you can push it further. With Ivy Bridge, ~85C under load is when you should stop pushing it.

keep in mind, your temps will be affected by ambient air temps. Folks forget this during summer months :) idle temps are pretty normal as are your load temps. For an H60, actually pretty darn good to be honest
