7950 bottleneck question

I currently have a Sapphire 6850 and have been pleased with it, but after reading a few articles saying that the 7950 will be about 2x faster I have decided to upgrade. I currently have a Asrock 970 extreme 3, 600 Watt PSU, AMD 965 Black, 8GB G.Skill ripjaws. I was wondering if I will have enough power, and if that CPU is going to bottleneck the 7950?

I was looking into the Sapphire 7950.

  1. 600W is plenty for that setup. You could always consider a GTX 760 as well.

You would be just fine with a Sapphire HD 7950. I have a Sapphire Crossfire HD 7950 setup in my FX-8120 rig and it is great I have not had any problems with it.
