When you say you can't find the location do you mean it's not showing up in Windows Explorer? Are other SD cards recognized by the card reader on your computer? Final question, Have you tried the SD card in another computer? If you have files on the SD card you want to keep then by all means do not consider formatting it as you would lose them all.
