Goes a bit over, but the CPU should outperform the other one without an OC. If you want to OC later on, buy a Hyper 212 EVO, otherwise, keep with stock for the time being. Also, the PSU you picked was shit, so I got a stronger one. Finally, I got a better board in case you ever want to OC.
