Hello everyone,

So i have an 8tb Thunderbolt G-tech GRAID drive. I am running Windows 7 Professional 64bit, and i have MacDrive Pro 9 installed. Under the Thunderbolt Software Icon on my Taskbar, i can see the 8tb GRAID, and have allowed its access. I am getting an error message that says, "This Thunderbolt device is not certified for PC use."

The drive isn't showing up in My computer or Disk Management. I had it connected before powering on and still nothing.

Can someone please tell me if you've had this same problem, and what are some possible workarounds.

Thank you,

Sean S

All of every computer chip and PCB and component has to be certified to be used in certain devices. This is something to take up with the manufacturer, you can't wright a certificate of authorization to the drive.
