hi guys so i have a amd fx 6300 @4.4 ghz... i have my voltage at 1.308(cpu-z) and when its under load (prime 95) the voltage is right at 1.308 but when the load drops (stop prime95) the voltage start's fluctuating 1.296,1.320 is this normal?
