There are a lot of inefficiencies in that build, so cutting costs (and, likely, raising performance) shouldn't be a problem. What's your target price?

I found a new build and put in a monitor cutting the price down by about $200! http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1h1gG My Budget is around $500-$600 but i could go up to $700.
