i recently ordered a dell precision t5600 workstation. it worked fine for 2 weeks. i force it to shutdown using the power button while windows was configuring updates because i ran out of power supply

since then its not powering on again.Whenever i press a black button on the PSU, the fan rolls and lights come on. It does not power at all again. i want to be sure what the problem is. thanks!
