will a i5 3570k bottleneck SLI GTX 780's?
or should i get another cpu or haswell
suggestions would be nice

Yes; a bit. That said, it would be hard to find a CPU that won't bottleneck GTX 780 SLI. The bottleneck won't be very noticeable however and should not prevent you from playing your games.
