No it wont be a problem dont worry just put the cables coming from the back of the case such that it will not have any chance of bumping
Get cable tie n wind the wire up and u ll not have any single problem
Dnt wrry best f luck

Even i got to thermal take site n saw that an amd card with side connectors is installed in the case so no wrries

Hi, its height 13 cm http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4629#sp, case http://www.legitreviews.com/article/2073/ Width i assume 25cm - Side FAN -3 CM - ??? mobo+what is behind ~ 6 CM = 3 cm for connection.

I think just take a ruler and try to measure distance from PCIe to the FAN. It also depends on what is Your cables, how flexible they are. maybe the connections isn't even near the FAN.
