Ok so today i left my pc idling on youtube, and for a split second the screen went black then straight back on but the gpu usage went up to 80% and then about 2 seconds later it went back to normal, this is the first time this has ever occurred, should i be worried is there an explanation of why this might of happened please try and inform me. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
