Flow order doesn't matter unless you care about 1-2°C differences. If you do, then you want the water to come out of the rad into the component being cooled.

I normally run res-pump-rad-block just to get the coolest temps for the block but after 10-15min of gaming the temps in the loop will stabilize at a constant temp so it really doesn't matter.
