which manufacturer of GTX 780?
i know they are similar but i want the best one or close to
i was first thinking about the EVGA GeForce GTX 780 or now im thinking Palit GeForce GTX 780 Jetstream 3GB Video Card
im not the best at choosing gpu so please help me out

For nVidia GPU brands, there are really only 4 worth mentioning-

Asus, Gigabyte, eVGA, and MSI.

So, out of the ones you mentioned, I'd go with the eVGA. Here's kind of how it breaks down:

eVGA - best support/warranty/bonuses
Gigabyte - highest factory OC, best cooling
MSI - best software, unique features, good factory OC
Asus - very good factory OC, chip binning, quietest performance
