My cousin (Or somthing like that) wants to overclock his GT 610... I told him it wouldn't be worth it. He would only get a 4-10 FPS increase in most games.

Disregard the CPU when I ask this but, Is it worth overclocking a GT 610? and if so, what should he overclock it to???? Also, Will he be able to get that 30 FPS increase?

I dont think a GT610 is even capable of getting 30FPS in anything but the lowest end games, nevermind overclocking that much more performance out of it.
Tell him he can try, but not too expect much in the way of results. If he wants performance in higher end games, he has too drop some cah on a proper gaming grade GPU, the GT610 I would only use for a display output if the CPU doesnt support it.

You can't disregard the CPU when OC a GPU - You have the most KICKBUTT card ever and if the CPU cannot manage the PCI-E channel flow, you will bottleneck anyway and it would be pointless. That said - +1 above GT610 not worth it
