Which Mini ITx Build should i go for?

I'd probably go with the tops one, the mobo is a little nicer, and that case is pretty nifty. I was considering buying that case but I got the bitfenix prodigy instead.

I'd still recommend getting a nicer heatsink fan than the stock, but that's purely up to your budget.

As for powersupply don't buy a cheapo one get a seasonic or antec, xfx, or something rated well.

And like I said before you can save quite a bit if you buy the i5 instead because the performance increase that the i7 gives is almost completely lost in games.

Apparently I can't read anymore lol.

Specifically what power supply were you looking at?

If it's only for gaming then you can go with i5 4670 since there is not benefit for the i7. Looking at your parts, is it safe to assume you aren't interested in OCing?
