Im trying to find a good quality motherboard that supports three way SLI and part of my question can i place 3 Gigabyte GTX 760's in SLI? (I already own two yes i know a 780 would be better) Could anyone recommend a good 3 way 1150 socket board for me to use? Preferably one that easy over clocking and under $200

Like this http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128594 but again supports three way sli or even 4 way

3way sli requires 48 pcie lanes. you would need motherboard with PLX chip and decent CPU which handle that, rather i7 than i5. Mentioned Maximus mobo doesn't have PLX, if you have read small letters on the linked page.

ASROCK Extreme 11 the 1st and only motherboard on the market that is capable of 4-way full 16x @ PCIe 3.0 SLI/CF or the fact that it has 8 USB 3.0 ports and much much more is useful to you in any way. That's OK a board like this isn't for everyone. If you are worried about price, remember that SAS controller costs $300 if you buy it separately.

Just to note, nVidia requires a minimum of 8 lanes per graphics card, so for a 3-way setup you need only 3 x16 slots, running at x8/x8/x8 speeds (so a total of 24 lanes - there's no need for 48 lanes; the performance difference between x16 and x8 lanes at PCIe 3.0 speeds is going to be pretty negligible in this case).

To Direhelmet: Of the boards that come with a PLX chip, the ASUS WS boards are normally the cheapest: ASUS Z87-WS $299.99, and ASUS Z97-WS $309.99. Both boards support up to 4-way SLI, with the cards at x8/x8/x8/x8, or 3-way, with the cards at x16/x8/x8.

I really don't think you're going to find a PLX equipped 1150 board for under 200 Canadian dollars I'm afraid.

You are right about x8 PCIe 3.0 that is fast; probably comparable to x16 PCIe 2.0... He would need to be careful while selecting right CPU that it supports PCIe 3.0. However, I don't think that i5 series have enough lanes for 3 way sli anyway, e.g. Intel i5-4770K has Max 16 of PCI Express Lanes.

So no way for 3x SLI, and 2x SLI with x8 as you said would be possible if motherboard doesn't use PCIe Lanes for audio or additional Marvel controller which would use few pcie lanes and x8/x8 wouldn't be possible.
