Im worried about power supply to my build. Im getting alot of internal hardware plus a CPU cooling block, and im planning to overclock. My hardware list is

-Seagate SSHD
-Corsair H100i
-GIGABYTE GA-F2A85X-UP4 FM2 AMD
-ASUS HD7770-2GD5 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 2GB
-AMD A10 6800K
-CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 8GB (2 x 4GB)
- 2 Rosewill red LED 120MM fans
- 2 LG 24X DVD Burner
-Sound Blaster Zx

and my PSU

RAIDMAX RX-850AE 850W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active

I personally dont think 850W will be enough, but i dont know how much will be. Please keep it under $150. and i prefer it be from newegg.com

Seasonic USA makes best PSUs

850w is also way too much.
Do you want to be able to remove unnecessary power cords coming from the PSU for cleaner install?
are the components permanent?

SeaSonic USA : http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007657%2050001697&IsNodeId=1&name=SeaSonic%20USA

MODULAR : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093

Also H100i? Why are you deciding to water cool? you could get the Xigmatek or Coolermaster CPU coolers, save a bunch of money and water damage risk. Take that money invest in a better GPU.
Why do you need 2 DVD burners?

CHECK FOR A MICROCENTER IN YOUR AREA!

850W is a horrible idea for your system. Even at load you'll be using less then 300W. Less then 250W even. Idle will be even lower. A 450-500W PSU will be fine. The Rosewill Capstone comes in a 450W edition and there is a modular one if you want that. Good gold rated PSU, and not very expensive on newegg.
