So I was told by a very helpful lad in another thread this would be a good graphics card to get:

Now my only concern is that I might get bottle necking. Is there anyone that could tell me what might happen if I get this graphics card as far as bottle necking goes?
EDIT: Also what kind of improvement might I see after upgrading to this card?
