FX 8350 4.6ghz bluescreen.

Hey, i'm going to be straight forward here.

Specs:
FX 8350 black edition
ga-990fxa-ud3
corsair XMS3 vengeance ddr3 PCI12800/1600Mhz CL9

I'm overclocking on air, at 4.5ghz. Max temperature when playing games like starcraft, saints row gave a max temperature of 55 celcius
I'm considering getting water cooling.

When i go for 4.6ghz random blue screens start to appear.

Is this because my CPU runs too hot to quickly or because of instability? and or how can this be fixed?

Any help is appreciated. :)

At 4.6GHz, you may experience quite high temperatures, what cooler are you using? If it gets past 60C, that is generally where it can be risky. If you want to achieve extreme OCs , you might want to invest in water cooling or a more suited motherboard (UD3 is somewhat low end for 990FX).
