I wanted to see how Asus's AI Suite III worked compared to manually overclocking in the BIOS. Now I want to go back to stock, and I can't find anything about setting it back to default. I want to get rid of their autoclock settings and do my own manually. What should I do?

Solution
You can go through the software to do it, but it is a pain - personally (and a number of us) advise uninstall that software altogether honestly. OCing with software is NEVER a good idea anyway.

I tried that, but it's still at 4.7ghz when I run Prime95. It was fun for the first few days, but now I want to go back to stock

Hey - couple years later here and I found a solution.

Uninstall AI Suite 3 - you dont need it
reboot - enter bios - choose to "load optimized defaults"

save and reboot. it will undo the changes ai suite did.
