What Might Be Crashing My Computer While Gaming?

Hello. I recently put together my new desktop and every time I play a game on it, the computer and screen lock up and I get a really annoying noise that sounds like a buzz that just repeats. I was wondering what I could do to check on all my hardware to see what is causing the problem. I ran a MemTest86 for 10+ hours to check my RAM and came back with no errors as well. I also ran OCCT and during the CPU test it ran at a consistent 60-62'C. I had previously run FurMark as well for a GPU test and it barely ran over 70'C, maybe 80'C if I did the most intense tests. But I decided to run the GPU test on OCCT and barely 4 minutes in black and white bars appeared on the screen and when the screen went back to "normal" there was tearing on the wallpaper and the actual cursor as well. Interesting?

Specs:
Intel Pentium CPU G620 @ 2.60 GHz
Gigabyte Radeon HD 6770
Gigabyte H61MA - D3V Mobo
G.Skill RipjawsX 8 GB
WD Black 1 TB

I think my PSU is a 550W as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

No I don't have an extra]a power supply to try. I'm leaning towards defective card becuase the power supply seems to be doing everything else rght. If It was just messing up on the graphics cards power then I would have no way of testing that.
