I recently have Crossfired my 2 Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970's and have noticed that I will want to play games such as Arma 3 or even GTA IV and noticed I have quite a bit of video stuttering while playing. At first I thought my CPU wasn't giving enough juice so I OC'd my i5-3570k to 4.2 GHz thinking it was bottle-necking, but still stuttering. So now I'm thinking it's my PSU, NZXT 850W. Am I running way too low on power or what?
