What is a good site or tool for calculating power supply needed?

I have been trying to find a way for calculating my power supply needed for my computer that I am building, but I cannot find one.

I tried this site, but it is down, for me at least, and has bad reviews:http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you.

The psu required is almost entirely determined by the graphics configuration.
That is assuming a normal complement of peripherals.
Here is a chart that will solve your problem:

It is not wrong to overprovision a bit, say 20% a psu will run quieter and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
It will consume only the wattage demanded of it.

Perhaps a more important question is how to pick a quality psu.

Thank you! and how much should I go above the projected wattage? I have the GeForce GTX 760. Also, what is the difference with the PCIe connectors (6 pin and 8 pin).
