Do you have the Core i7 2600S? If so that's a very good processor and it's worth keeping. What do you want to do with the computer? If you want to play games then upgrade your power supply and upgrade your graphics card. It's a 750watt powersupply and that's more than you need but if you ever want to upgrade your graphics card or run sli you have no worries with that thing.
