Is there a difference between the MSI ZH77-G43 and the MSI Z77-41?

43 an extra PCI, more USB.......not much

If I were to buy an Intel Core I3 3220 and wanted to upgrade to an i7 3770k, I'd probably want to go with the G43, correct?

If you have a need for the extra ports - the progression from 41 to 43 -45 - 65 is just additional slots/ports normally
