How good is SeaSonic's customer support?

My SeaSonic X1050 failed over the weekend, and I sent an email to their customer support address because I was having difficulty with their RMA form (it kept saying my S/N was incorrect) and their CS extension leads to an answering machine.
I've heard both good and bad things about their CS. I'm quite concerned, as I sent them an email over 24 hours ago and haven't heard back from them.
Does anyone know how long it typically takes to get through this process?
Thankfully I still have my old computer to use in the meantime, but I don't want to be stuck with it for any longer than is necessary.

    Yeah, It turns out I sent my email to the wrong email address. You'd think they'd have the right email on their support page. When I found the right one, I got a reply in within 20 minutes, and I shipped out my order earlier today.

    I'd say it's pretty good so far.
