Specs:
- NVIDIA GTX 760 2GB
- Intel Core i5 4570 CPU
- 8GB 1600MHz Memory
- CM Hyper 212 EVO Cooling
- 1TB 7200RPM HDD
- ASUS Z87 Chipset Motherboard
- 600W Corsair CX Power Supply
- DVD-R/RW/CD-R/RW
- Microsoft Windows 7

It cannot run GTX 760 SLI, you must change the motherboard to at least a Z87-A to be able to run GTX 760 SLI, if you can edit it to a motherboard that supports SLI, please do so.

There is no option for that. Is it easy to change after?

It is not easy, and with the effort needed, it would be better to truly customize a rig and build it from scratch, find some good guides or bite the bullet and get the "Ultimate" SKU.

@q6660

while most certainly it can be confusing if doing it on your own that is why i suggested getting the advice from people here on TH. with such advice even a 13 year old child can assemble a computer. people just make it out to be more complicated than it really is. the hard part is picking out the components but piecing them all together is like legos.

I agree with you, now to get more people on the thread......

This intel build is 1400!! And I have to build it myself,
To me the one I already have is cheaper and seems to be the same stuff, are you guys sure building a PC from scratch is easier then changing a motherboard??

They are about equal in terms of difficulty. Changing the motherboard=unplugging all cables, removing heatsink, CPU, etc and that has a similar amount of effort as actually building from scratch. This includes the monitor, superior processors, SSD, better PSU and other goodies.
