Brightest UV Strip/Cathode

The title says it all. A lot of people like uv for the effect it has on say, uv reactive coolant or tubing. I want it for that reason too, but I also want that purple glow the uv naturally gives off, that a lot of others try and hide.

Can anyone recommend the brightest uv strip or cathode that would give a nice purple effect as well as make my uv blue reactive coolant light up? Thank you!

LED and Cold Cathodes pros and cons:

LEDS

Pros: Minimal wiring, many colors to choose from, and no heat generated.

Cons: Large strips can be expensive, light not very visible during the day.

Cathodes

Pros: Powerful lighting! Can clearly be seen during the day. Long lifetime cathodes can last up to 8 years.

Cons: Lots of wires\\inverters and heat is generated from the tubes.
