New System Build around 1200$

Solution
sense you might be overclocking you will need an aftermarket heatsink fan . witch is like 30 to 50 for a good one but the one intel gives you is fine for the default clockspeed 3.5ghz. i would go with coolermaster they are a reliable fan retailer. Also how many gigs of ram do you have and what watt is your power supply. personally with your processor running at 3.5 ghz you really dont need to overclock but you can if you are willing to spend an extra 30 to50 dollars

I'd like to have the option of overclocking... doesn't necessarily mean I will. What is your opinion?

i would suggest down grading to a 750 watt 850 watt is just to much especially when you will probaly using at most 575 watts of power are you willing to pay an extra 300 dollars on a graphics card and that is a good amount of ram.

If i had the extra 300$ to spend on a 600$ video card I would think about it but 300 is all I can currently afford. Will that RAM work with that motherboard? and should i worry about getting a cooling fan? what 750W PSU would you reccmond?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139040 and yes that ram is enough a lot of people that game run either 8GB or 16GB depending on how much money they want to spend another reason i said if you can spend and extra 300 is because that graphics card is 382 bit and your is 192 bit and mine is 256bit think about it like this yours is a 6 lane highway mine is an 8 and the other one is a 12 lane highway it is how fast the GPU is dont let the vram fool you

So obviously i cant afford the 600$ one but would a 2g "8 lane highway" one be better than the 3gb "6 lane highway"?
