I have a CX500 PSU and I have an MSI GTX 760 GPU and an AMD Phenom II X6 1090t, and 8gb RAM. I want to get an AMD FX 6350, will my 500w psu be enough to power everything?
The 760 requires 30A on the +12V rail. That PSU has 38A, so you're good. Also, I do highly recommend the PSU that Blackbird just posted. Seasonic is one of the only brands that actually manufactures the PSUs it sells.

Yes, as long as you don't overclock and you don't plan to have a lot of hard drives and a lot of fancy lights. nVidia says "minimum 500W" for that graphics card, and that's what you've got.
