Here are my thoughts:
You don't need an I7 for gaming, the I5 will do and save you $100. It is just as fast.
Water cooling is a lot of work and somewhat risky and gives you another thing to fail, the water pump. I'd recommend the Noctua NH-C14 air cooler. It cools as well as most water coolers and provides nice cooling for the motherboard regulators and RAM.
This motherboard has much better options for video out if you ever need it (troubleshooting etc.)
Memory is low profile so it will easily fit under any cooler. 16G is a good amount for future proofing.
Storage is a difficult issue. I recommend the Wester Digital Black for HDD, fast and reliable. If using both a SSD and a HDD then 512GB SDD is simply overkill. a 256K will give you all the room you need for many, many games and all your OS and Office etc. programs. Do you really need so much storage? I have a 5 year old computer with only about 250GB on it. How much do you have on your present HDD? A great solution would be the Samsung 840 (non pro) 500GB SDD with no HDD if 500GB is enough for everything.
With that fast monitor you need a lot of graphics horsepower. For not much more money, two GTX 770's will give you a lot more than a single GTX 780.
The Storm Trooper 2 Case has a lot better cooling and fan setup. You can have intake fans on the side of the case blowing cool air right on your graphics cards which burn more power than anything else.
