I have an XFX Radeon HD 6870 graphics card and whenever I log into windows its just a black screen with a cursor. I can move the cursor and that's about it. but if I plug the same card into another pc it works perfectly. and if I plug a different card into my pc it also runs perfect. so I have no clue what could be causing this to happen. can somebody please help!
