Ok so I'm looking to build a desktop that can easily max games at around 45-60 fps. I've done some research so I'm not totally clueless but I would like some feedback on a build I created.

I would like to stick with nvidia graphics however I would be willing to change given a solution. I also would like to know if every part would be compatible so I know I'm not screwed when the parts come in and i can't put it together.

Maybe you need more case fans.

I think you are better with one GTX 770 than SLI two 760's

Good case fans setup is like two fan's top or case and one on floor and one in front.
Take some god silent fans 120-1400mm are good.
Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1150rpm is good silent 120mm case fan.
CM 212 EVO is cheap and good CPU cooler for that price.
Take cheaper mobo. AsRock extreme 4 or maybe gigabyte X-D3H
750w PSU is overkill for your build. For SLI that is good.
Take rosewill PSU. They are really good efficiency and good quality. Really good reliability.

This is good mobo:http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaz87xd3h

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182068
or if you think you need 750w for SLI then this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182073

Really good build. :)

For HDD you can buy a seagate and get bigger HDD

And for the SSD do not buy that samsung TLC SSD.
You can buy better MLC like sandisk.

Or samsung PRO.that is fastest SSD in market.

Better coolers for CPU are like this:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-cpu-cooler-cwch100
make sure that it fits to your case.

air cooler: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-cpu-cooler-phtc12dxbk

and bit more silent one: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhu12s
With this you can use high memory like this:
