Computer doesnt start up anymore

Hi everyone,

Today i started up my computer and after around 30 secs, i heard like a small explosion en my computer went off.
After that i tried re-seating all the power connectors, and memory.
Still didn't work.
after that i noticed that when i disconnect the power cable, connect it, en try to power the pc on i notice that the cpu fan spins for like half a second and then shuts down.
What is causing this and how can i fix it?

I think it is my PSU because it has this burned smell.

once i switched the voltage on a old of psu of mine, and it blew up.
my broken psu has the exact smell of that old psu that blew up.
isnt that a confirmation that the psu is broken?
