Hello. I was wondring if it's possible to play on surround with one 24" 144hz monitor in middle and two 60hz monitors on the sides? Will the monitor in the middle still have 144hz or do I need to take it to 60hz?

The sweet spot for price/performance is typically at the $250-300 price point, the further up or down you go from there the worse value you get.
However, if your after the best performance possible then a 780 is a good value. It performs basically the same as a Titan, but for $350 less.

Ultimately, buy the best card you can afford.

I've heard that gtx 780 is not so insane good price just that gtx titan is very overpriced so people will think gtx 780 has a good value. So the question is? Do 780 has a very good value?
