Help to choose memory.

I'm going to build a pc and I'm not sure about RAM. I'll be running my system 24/7.
Here are the pc specs:
Intel Core i5 - 3570K
ASRock Z77 Extreme4
Cooler Master 212 EVO
GTX760 Palit JetStream PCI-E 2048Mb
WD Caviar Blue 1Tb

Haven't chosen PSU yet.

Here is the memory I've come up with:
1) 8Gb DDR-III 1600MHz Corsair Vengeance (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9) (2x4Gb KIT)
2) 8Gb DDR-III 1600MHz Crucial Ballistix (BLT2CP4G3D1608DT1TX0CEU) (2x4Gb KIT)
3) 8Gb DDR-III 1600MHz Corsair Dominator (CMP8GX3M2A1600C9) (2x4Gb KIT)
4) 8Gb DDR-III 1600MHz Corsair Vengeance LP (CML8GX3M2A1600C9W) (2X4Gb KIT)
5) 8Gb DDR-III 1600MHz Corsair Vengeance LP (CML8GX3M2A1600C9) (2x4Gb KIT)

All are good RAMs, go for the cheapest one as they all are good.

Also, you mentioned that you are building a new PC, can you tell us the budget, so that we can improve this build further. We do this stuff daily at TomsHardware, so i think i might be able to plan a better build with improvements.

All of those are good choice's. But If your just using the PC for streaming, Watching videos etc. I wouldn't get those. I would go for a lower price because you don't need high performance ram for that reason. If your trying to get a better performance in High Graphical games then Yes i would get those options.
