I can say from experience the Hyper 212 EVO will work OK even with heat spreaders on the RAM. You can mount the fan on the back of the heatsink so that it PULLS the air through instead of pushing. It also sits JUST high enough to clear small heat spreaders, like those on G-Skill Ripjaws RAM. Just install your ram and make sure it is seated well before you put the fan on.

If you need to re-seat your RAM and the fan is in push, you can easily unclip it from the heatsink.
Looks good. The only thing that stands out is the memory. The tall heat spreaders on the Vengeance aren't necessary and can interfere with some aftermarket CPU coolers. You should be able to move the fan up on the Hyper 212 EVO to avoid clearance issues if you want to stick with those Corsiar modules. Otherwise look toward DDR3-1866 modules at 1.5v and still stick with a latency of CL9 at that same price point...
