I don't think so. The 770 should perform just a bit better than the 680. If you want 60fps, a second 770 ought to do it.
This benchmark ought to give you an idea (look at 680 performance, since the 770 is a 680 with a higher clock speed)

I ran the intro levels on max settings at 45-60+ FPS on a Phenom II 1090T @ 4.0GHz with 2 Radeon HD 7950's in crossfire @ 1000/1400.
All 6 CPU cores were around 80-90%
Both video cards were at 90-99%
Your 8120, even though is is Bulldozer, is an 8 core and Crysis will benefit from that. I'm thinking a single GPU will be the limiting factor, but it is still a very good GPU.
My suggestion is to try the benchmark mentioned earlier at different settings and see how your system does before you make any changes.
