My specs:

Intel i7-4770 Haswell (not overclocked)
MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming
CoolerMaster Seidon 120m liquid cooler
8GB G.Skill RipJaws X
2TB Seagate Barracuda
Samsung DVD writer OD
(2 ASUS GTX 660Ti SLI)

Corsair TX 750W??

Can it run these specs? Appreciate the comments/suggestions.

as this is a gaming rig, use a i5 4430. there is no difference between a i5 and a i7 in gaming

use the gigabyte z87x-d3h board instead. just as good for much cheaper

you dont need the cooler when you cant overclock

get a single 760 instead of a 660ti. if you find that you dont have enough performance, then get another 760. the 760 is a much better value as of now. also, the only way you will need a 760 SLi is when you have a 120hz monitor. otherwise forget it

use a xfx 750w 80+ gold psu. they are the same price but so much better
